The TN nonimmigrant classification if for Canadian citizens who are coming to the United States to work in one of the professional occupations listed in the below schedule. The applicant must have the minimum education/experience stated for each occupation. The TN classification is granted in one-year increments only and applications are made at the border inspection point.
